Internationally known Storyteller Len Cabral will be present a virtual storytelling performance of Stories of Color from around the world. Come and hear the story of how the Rabbit lost its tail and Why the sky is far away. Stories about Ananzi and Grandmother Spider and how common sense got where it is. You might even hear the story about the mule and the jealous farmer or about the time Coyote thought he could dance with the stars. Once this storyteller starts to talking, he might tell you all he knows.

About The Storyteller

Len Cabral is an internationally acclaimed, award-winning storyteller and author who has been engaging and entertaining audiences with his storytelling performances for over four decades. Len is a popular storyteller at theaters, schools and festivals throughout the United States and has performed at the Smithsonian’s Discovery Theater, the Kennedy Center as well as festivals in Ireland, Belgium, England, Wales, Austria, Amsterdam, Bali and Singapore. He is the recipient of the National Storytelling Network 2001 Circle of Excellence Oracle Award and most recently the recipient of the Pell Award. He also teaches the art of storytelling at colleges and conferences and leads in-service workshops for school departments, businesses and healthcare providers.
