Join award-winning journalist Linda Villarosa and noted healthcare advocate Dr. Oni Blackstock for a discussion based on Villarosa’s latest book, Under the Skin: The Hidden Toll of Racism on American Lives and on the Health of Our Nation, which the New York Times hailed as one of its 10 Best Books of 2022.  Villarosa and Blackstock will help you understand what’s making Black people “live sicker and die quicker” versus their white counterparts, and what can be done to make Black and Brown communities healthier and stronger.
