Get your stories ready! Explore the participatory, multimedia installation that unfolds the story world of Bibliobandido, a story bandit that eats stories and terrifies little kids into offering him stories they've written. Artist Taisan Tanaka will teach our tiny visitors about art of calligraphy, its origins and methods. Be sure to join the fun and create your very own calligraphy to take home!

CALLIGRAPHY MUSICAL PERFORMANCE
3:00 - 3:30pm, Living Room

Artist Taisan Tanaka will delight us with a large-scale calligraphy performance accompanied by the melodic sounds of the Shamisen and Koto instruments by musician Sumie Kaneko. 

SUMIE KANEKO LIVE
3:30 - 4:00pm, Living Room

Japanese Koto & Shamisen player and Jazz singer/songwriter Sumi Kaneko delights us with a musical performance.
